Estefanio Holtz is a Brazilian-American citizen and an award-winning Executive Creative Director at BBH USA. A multi-disciplinary thinker, designer, and art director, deeply passionate about crafting powerful ideas that not only stand out creatively but also resonate with and shape culture. Previously, worked as Creative Director at Pereira O’Dell SF/NY and as a VP Creative Director at McCann NY before joining BBH USA as GCD where was honored as the Most Awarded GCD Globally at the 2022 One Show.
Estefanio has over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, working across a diverse range of categories for esteemed brands such as Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Adobe, Fujifilm, and Mini BMW, among others. His work on Google Black-owned Friday was highly awarded in Cannes, recognized for the Fusion Pencil and Best of Integrated at the One Show and earned a Grand Clio. In 2024, Holtz was the lead creative on the viral Samsung “Uncrush” ad from BBH USA, in a bold and swift response to Apple's 'Crush' campaign. He has been awarded at the highest level in Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, The Clio Awards, and Webbys, amongst others.
